街路樹の挑戦

しかし、撮影にあたって一つ大きな問題に直面しました。クリニックの前には街路樹が立ち並び、外観が隠れてしまうのです。超広角レンズを用いても十分な引きが取れず、全体像を収めることができませんでした。

シフトレンズの活用

そこで、私はシフトレンズを使用してパノラマ写真を作成することにしました。シフトレンズは、建築写真家にとって強力なツールです。通常のレンズでは捉えきれない広範囲を、歪みなく撮影することができます。今回も、シフトレンズを使い3カットの撮影を行い、それらを一つの完璧なカットに仕上げました。

画像処理の重要性

さらに、完成度を高めるために画像処理を施しました。青空を修正し、電線や不要な物を除去し、ガラスの反射も取り除きました。これにより、クリニックの外観が一層鮮明になり、魅力が引き立ちました。

The Responsibility of a Professional Architectural Photographer As a specialist in architectural photography, I have handled numerous projects to date. This time, my mission was to capture the exterior of a dental clinic for children. The clinic’s front facade was a particularly important subject. A photo of the building’s facade from the front is essential to highlight the building’s appeal to the fullest.

The Challenge of Street Trees However, I faced a significant problem during the shoot. Street trees lined up in front of the clinic, obscuring the exterior view. Even with an ultra-wide-angle lens, I couldn’t get a wide enough shot to capture the entire building.

Utilizing a Shift Lens So, I decided to create a panorama photo using a shift lens. A shift lens is a powerful tool for architectural photographers. It allows capturing a wide area without distortion, which is impossible with a regular lens. This time as well, I took three shots using the shift lens and combined them into one perfect cut.

The Importance of Image Processing To enhance the quality further, I performed image processing. I adjusted the sky, removed wires and unnecessary objects, and eliminated reflections on the glass. This made the clinic’s exterior even clearer and more appealing.

The Value of the Completed Photo The resulting panoramic photo perfectly conveys the beauty of the children’s dental clinic. By leveraging my experience and skills as an architectural photography specialist, I managed to capture this completion photo in the best possible way, highlighting the building’s value to the maximum.
